Had a great experience coming by to visit here. Mary was the bartender and she was great! She turned the games on I wanted and gave me great service. You could tell her regulars really loved her. Will def come back to this location!

All the kids food was amazing, but if you like sea food and spicy together. I DON'T recommend the Spicy Shrimp Tacos they are sweet, and the rice was dry and hard. And all the silverware was really dirty with food still on it. We had to ask for plastic ware.

The shrimp tacos are fair. The shrimp are approx 51-60 size, sort of small for the money in my opinion but the avocado lime and cilantro combo were nice. A little more heat wouldv'e been nice; they were a little too mild for my taste. Everyone else seemed pretty satisfied with their meals. It was busy and a little hectic but service was pretty good. The table was very wobbly; it needed a leveler. A nice evening all in all.

Top 5 worst service I've ever received and I've worked in restaurants for 5+ years. 8 minute greet (4 people at bar), 10 minute refills, 25 minutes to get food (sat in window under heat lamp for at least 10 minutes). Super unattentive bartender. It was literally soul-sucking. Leaving was the best part and I'm easily impressed. Good God, I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. I arrived according to schedule and texted that I was there. No one came. After waiting about 15 minutes, I called. After another 10 minutes, a waiter brought about 1/3 of my order. I told him that wasn’t my complete order. I said he was in charge of carry out. So I went inside and couldn’t find anyone to help. I asked for an manager. It had now been almost 45 minutes. Someone turned around, ignored me, and walked away. A manager finally rudely asked me what I needed. I said the rest of my order and showed her the order summary on my phone. She said the order didn’t show up on their screen. Like that was my fault. By now I needed to go so I just told her I didn’t want to wait and didn’t want the partial order. She said take it anyway and she wasn’t going to charge me. There was an ice cold egg roll and chips that were crushed and so salty they tasted like they had been scooped out of the bottom of a trash can. Those went straight into the trash can. And the add insult the injury, they charged my credit card the full amount. I’ve never seen a manager, or anyone in the service industry behave so badly. Never visiting another Chili’s.
